The netizen’s post went viral after she asked where she could exchange a 500-peso bill that her dog had chewed. The money was meant for her child’s Jollibee birthday treat.

"Saan po pwede papalitan po 'yung 500 pesos? Sayang po kasi. Pang-Jollibee sana po ng anak ko, birthday niya po kasi ngayon, kinain po ng aso kong makulit," the netizen wrote including some photos of the paper bill.
Rosmar saw the post and immediately replied.
