According to an article by Bandera, a police report states that a "Japanese national" named Trevor Magallanes was nabbed for trespassing in Honolulu on December 6.
Based on the Adult Arrest Log from Honolulu Police Department, a certain "Japanese national" named Trevor Magallanes was arrested for "Criminal Trespass 2 offense."
According to PEP.ph, the suspect is 38 years old, which matches the age of Rufa Mae's husband. However, it has yet to be determined whether they are the same person.

During "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" on December 9, the King of Talk mentioned a screenshot of a police report from Hawaii that allegedly involves Trevor.
"We are also aware na may mga umiikot na screenshots ng conversation with Trevor, the husband of Rufa Mae Quinto, at saka ni Rufa Mae."
"Meron du’n pag-uusap between the couple. At meron din isang screenshot ng isang report galing sa pulisya sa Hawaii na may kinalaman naman kay Trevor," said Boy.
