She said that if there is one thing that she considers as her pet peeve, it is those who would act like divas at work.
“‘Pag nag-diva ka, palagay mo, susweldo sila? You have to be compassionate. Kailangang may compassion ka sa lahat pati sa talents. Ako, pet peeve ko talaga kapag minumura ‘yung talents. Parang kinukurot ‘yung puso ko. Hindi dapat ganun. Lahat naman napapakiusapan nang maayos,” Juday said.
“Gawin mo ‘yung trabaho mo kung paano ka kinuha. Obligasyon mong gawin ‘yung trabaho mo nang maayos. Obligasyon mong makisama kasi parte ‘yun ng pagiging artista. Obligasyon mong itawid nang tama ‘yung pagiging professional mo. ‘Yung professionalism na tinatawag — darating ka set on time at makikisama ka nang tama,” she further added.
