In a report by Karen De Guzman of ABS-CBN News 'TV Patrol,' hundreds of victims have filed complaints against Miranda and others involved.
Victims' lawyer Atty. Roberto Labe stated that the investments were allegedly made across various regions and jurisdictions in the country.

Neri Naig Miranda, or Nerizza Garcia Presnede Naig-Miranda in real life, is an actress who first gained recognition when she joined ABS-CBN's reality show 'Star Circle Quest.' She was named the 6th runner-up in the talent search. In 2014, she married Chito Miranda, the lead vocalist of the band Parokya ni Edgar.
In a previous report by KAMI, Neri Naig-Miranda, an actress and businesswoman, was arrested by the Southern Police District on Saturday. The said arrest was about her alleged estafa and violation of the Securities Regulation Code, multiple sources also confirmed this information to ABS-CBN. According to SPD, they arrested a 41-year-old actress and businesswoman with an alias of "Erin" at a convention center in a mall in Pasay City. She was also listed as the 7th most wanted person at the station level due to 14 counts of violating the Securities Regulation Code, Southern Police District added.
Additionally, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) explained why actress and businesswoman Neri Miranda was arrested. It was explained in detail by Filbert Flores, Director of the Enforcement and Protection Department of SEC, during his interview in 'Teleradyo Serbisyo.' According to Director Flores, based on the information they have, "Siya ay naghikayat ng mga investments." He also reiterated the difference between a mere endorser and someone who is asking people to invest in a company.
