Ellen Adarna, a Filipina celebrity, stirred social media buzz after posting a new video of her eldest child, Elias Modesto, helping her once more.

On her Instagram page, @maria.elena.adarna, the celebrity mom uploaded a video of her panganay cleaning Baby Liana's milk bottles.

It is worth noting that Liana is Ellen's first child with her husband, Derek Ramsay, with the couple welcoming their baby back in October of 2024.

As seen in the now-viral video, Elias was scrubbing away the bottles, a small smile on his face as he did, looking like the proud kuya that he is.

"Kuya Elias," Ellen simply wrote in the caption of her now-viral video on her official Instagram.

This is not the first time Ellen showcased Elias being an amazing kuya to Liana. Previously, she also posted a video of Elias feeding his sister.
