Pia later took to Instagram Stories to react to the bittersweet news. She shared a stunning reel of Chelsea and penned a short but earnest message for the Bulakenya beauty queen.
In the said reel, Chelsea could be seen flaunting her evening gown, which was beautifully designed by Manny Halasan.

The Philippines’ bet showcased her stunning pasarela at the prestigious pageant today in Mexico City. She did her signature “Tampisaw Walk” while donning an alluring two-piece swimwear and a sheer cape. Videos of her swimsuit performance then made the rounds on social media.
