Jodi Sta. Maria, in a recent social media post, revealed that even if she’s already very tired from working, she always makes it a point to be always grateful for everything.

She said that her schedule has been very hectic since July and involved juggling a TV series, movie, and many other work commitments in between.

“My schedule has been crazy since July. Been juggling a serye, a movie, and other work commitments in between,” Jodi said in the beginning of her post.

The actress then said that she understands the showbiz industry demands irregular hours and would also often involve long days on set.

“Being in this industry demands irregular hours and long days on set too. Taking time to rest is also essential,” she added.

Jodi then said that she recharges by spending time with her loved ones and pets, as well as reading books and meditating.

“So I recharge by spending time with my loved ones and my fur babies, reading books, and meditating,” the actress revealed.

She then said that even if she’s very tired from work, she never forgets to express her gratitude for everything she enjoys.

“Kahit nakakapagod ang work, sa totoo lang, malaking bagay yung pag practice ng gratitude,” Jodi said.
“Thankful for work. Thankful for colleagues who make you feel like you’re not working. Thankful for challenges and adversity. Just thankful for life itself,” she added.

The actress then revealed her secret to a happy life.

“I inhale the good and exhale the bad,” Jodi said in conclusion.

Jodi Sta. Maria is a Filipina actress. She does movies and teleseryes, and she also endorses a host of products. She has a son, Thirdy, with Pampi Lacson.

Recently, Jodi shared a prayer for those who have been affected by Typhoon Kristine. In her prayer, she asked that those affected would find hope, healing, and strength. She also prayed for those who lost their lives and the loved ones they left behind. The actress also prayed for all of those who lost their homes.
