According to Ruffa, she could not believe that her "youngest baby girl is no longer a teenager."
I can’t believe that my youngest baby girl is no longer a teenager - Venice turns 20 today! To my @venicebektas, it seems like yesterday when I was holding you in my arms at Cedar Sinai, and now you’re entering a new chapter in your life into adulthood with such grace, determination, and confidence," she wrote.

She then told her daughter to continue studying hard and for her to chase her dreams, even when life gets tough to deal with sometimes.
By the end of her message, the famous actress then wished for her daughter to "continue to blossom and inspire" those around her.
"Happy 20th birthday to my youngest, beautiful baby girl. May you continue to blossom and inspire those around you.
