Chesi, who is one of Chiz's kids, penned a short but lovely and sweet thank you note for her dad and for her 'Tita' Heart on social media.

On her Instagram post, Chesi posted a photo of herself posing beside her adorable cake featuring an idol she adores, looking pretty as ever.
