Melason, ni-recreate ang 'Rendezvous' video ng DongYan sa GMA Gala; netizens, naaliw

Melai Cantiveros, a Filipina host and comedian, just made her fans and followers laugh on social media after recreating DongYan's iconic video.

Previously, back in July of this year, Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes uploaded a black-and-white video for GMA Gala titled, 'Rendezvous.'

In the video, DongYan could be seen being intímate with one another. Netizens also noticed the video was edited backwards, stirring a buzz.

Following this news, Melai uploaded her own black-and-white video with Jason Francisco, with the video being edited backwards as well.

The said video was for the recently-concluded Preview Ball this year, making netizens laugh online at how creative and witty Melason was.

"Thank you Mr and Mrs Dingdong and Marian Dantes for the inspiration. Pre- Halloween Special treat," Melai hilariously wrote in the caption.

Melai Cantiveros is a prominent showbiz personality in the Philippines. She became famous in 2009 after winning "Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up." She also won the first season of the Filipino version of "Your Face Sounds Familiar" in 2015. She is happily married to Jason Francisco and they have two wonderful children.

On Instagram, Melai and Judy Ann Santos seemed to have worked together for Maggi PH at Erwan's office. Based on Melai's post, Erwan seemed to be the one who directed their video.

Meanwhile, Melai Cantiveros asked prayers for her daughter, Stela Rosalind. On Instagram, Stela seemed to have been admitted to a hospital in Korea, which worried fans. In her now-viral post, Melai asked prayers for her daughter to get well soon. According to Melai, she hopes her daughter recovers quickly and immediately.
