Lolit Solis recently claimed in a recent Instagram post that her talent, Paolo Contis, is disappointed with the reception of the MTRCB of his new movie.

It can be recalled that the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) gave Paolo’s new flick, which many say has a controversial title, an ‘X’ rating.
“Salve talagang maganda ang mood ni Paolo Contis kahit pa nga disappointed siya sa resulta ng naging reception ng MTRCB sa Dear Santa niya na dating Dear Satan,” Manay Lolit said in her post.
“Hindi niya akalain na ang feeling niya na nakagawa siya ng isang magandang film ay magiging controversial,” the veteran showbiz columnist and talent manager added.

She also claimed that Paolo thought he would have a smooth sailing with the regulations board because of the movie’s concept, though it didn’t turn out that way after all.
“Akala pa naman niya magiging smooth sailing dahil nga sa concept nito na isang mabait na Satan ang kanyang papel,” she said.
The veteran showbiz columnist also said that Paolo is a good actor, though he wasn’t able to land in roles in dramatic TV series.
Manay Lolit added that while Paolo is very happy in “Bubble Gang,” she wished he would be given dramatic roles.
“Isang napakahusay na actor ni Paolo Contis kaya sayang nga na hindi nabibigyan ng mga roles sa mga series na ma drama,” the columnist said.
“Very happy sa Bubble Gum si Paolo pero sana rin mabigyan siya ng mga dramatic roles para maipakita niya ang varied talent niya. Sayang naman pero sa isang talent na tulad ni Paolo Contis na very confident sa alam niyang puwede niyang gawin, no problem,” she added.
“Hindi maapektuhan ang kanyang confidence sa mga minor lapses ng iba. Basta para sa kanya, alam niya what he can offer, no problem. Hanga nga ako sa pagiging very patient and quiet ni Paolo Contis sa mga nagaganap sa kanyang career. Iyon bang ok lang bahala kayo. So far basta happy siya, ok lang. Kaya nga fave siya ni Salve at Gorgy, smile smile lang siya, bongga,” Manay Lolit concluded.
Paolo Contis is a Filipino actor and comedian who appeared in his acting debut in the ABS-CBN comedy show "Ang TV". Paolo is also known for being part of the primetime comedy series "Oki Doki Doc". He has won several awards, particularly at the PMPC Star Awards. His celebrity ex-partners include Lian Paz and LJ Reyes.
In another social media post, Manay Lolit also expressed her one single wish for her talent, Paolo Contis. It can be recalled that aside from being a showbiz columnist, Manay Lolit also manages several known showbiz personalities. In her recent post, she expressed her wish that Paolo would have soon. She said that it would be a dream come true for her talent if such wish is realized.
She also previously asked in another post why Paolo Contis is not present in the new GMA Station ID. The veteran showbiz columnist, who also is a talent manager for known showbiz personalities, is the manager of the actor. In her post, Manay Lolit said she tried but failed to see Paolo among the celebrities present in the new Station ID. She then said that Paolo is a “solid GMA” talent, though added she leaves it to the network when it comes to their plans for the actor.
