Derek Ramsay has taken to social media to share a heartwarming post addressed to Elias Modesto, the son of Ellen Adarna with her ex-boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz.

On Tuesday, Derek shared on his Instagram page a lovely photo showing him and Elias posing for a selfie.

In his short yet sweet caption, the actor vowed to always support his stepson.
