The video did not give any indication as to the actual location of the event, though based on the logo on the basketball court, it seems to have taken place at the University of Southeastern Philippines in Davao City.

As seen in the video shared by Facebook user @iamyourjannah, Belle was talking to the audience when suddenly, a fan darted out and ran towards Belle.

The security personnel assigned to Belle also appeared to have been taken off guard and seemed to have frozen in their places.

The fan apparently just wanted to have his photo taken with Belle and the actress, seeing that he meant no harm, gave in to the request in a very professional and classy manner.

At this point, her security have encircled Belle and her fan with special needs, though they did not attempt to grab the fan and take him to the courtside.

The fan then picked up the bouquet of flowers he dropped and gave it to Belle who graciously accepted, again giving in to the request of the fan for another selfie.

Afterwards, the fan walked to the sidelines without any squabble and the show went on.
