Arnold Clavio has expressed his opinion on the recent Office of the Vice President’s budget briefing at the House of Representatives.

It can be recalled that VP Sara Duterte herself appeared and briefed the House panel on the OVP budget proposal for the year 2025.
The said budget briefing was where VP Sara gave the same repetitive answer to a series of questions propounded by members of the House of Representatives.
The multi-awarded broadcaster began his post with a quote from Carly Fiorina about the behavior of a person who believed he or she can get away with anything.

Titled “Tilamsik ni ‘Igan,” Arnold posted the Rapid Sentiment Analysis or RSA at the House of Representatives as regards the budget deliberation of the OVP for 2025.
“TILAMSIK NI IGAN. ‘The way you behave when you think you can get away with it is who you really are. — Carly Fiorina’,” Arnold wrote at the beginning of his post.
“Sa naging Rapid Sentiment Analysis (RSA) sa House of Representatives kaugnay ng deliberasyon ng budget ng Office of the Vice President para sa 2025 sa 63 link,” he added.
According to Arnold, the live video of the budget deliberation resulted in over 300K engagements with views reaching nearly 3 million.
He also presented some data about netizens’ sentiments about what happened.
“Nagresulta ito ng engagements na 348,396 . Ang views naman sa Facebook ay umabot sa 2,842,716,” Arnold said.
“Ang kabuuang data ay nagpapakita ng kabuuang 77% . Nasa 63% ang pumuna sa pagsagot ni VP Sara Duterte sa komite . Umabot naman sa 11% ang mga panawagan para sa kanyang impeachment at 3% ang suporta sa Support the House of Representative partikular kay Rep. Quimbo,” he revealed.
“Samantala, nasa kabuuang 7% ang sumusuporta kay VP Sara at 7% naman ang negatibo sa House of Representative partikular kay Rep. France Castro,” he further said.
The multi-awarded broadcast journalist then presented a breakdown of the said RSA.
“Narito ang breakdown ;
63% - Pinupuna si VP Sara Duterte;
11% - Nanawagan para sa Impeachment ni VP Sara ;
7% - Sumuporta kay VP Sara;
7% - Pinupuna ang mga Kongresista;
3% Sumusuporta sa mga Kamara;
9% Iba pa,” Arnold said.
He then pointed out that only the solid supporters of the VP were in agreement to the character she showed.
“At sa nasaksihan ng publiko sa budget hearing ng Kamara , tanging mga solidong taga-suporta ng VP ang sasang-ayon sa ipinakita niyang karakter,” the multi-awarded broadcast journalist said.
He then continued his analysis in a comment on his own post, adding the word “walang personalan,” at the bottom of his comment.
