Mariah Carey is one of the well known singers when it comes to whistling as a singing style. It comes as no surprise that Filipinos are fond of the “birit” (belting out) style of singing, but one more skill surpasses even that when it comes to impressing Pinoy music fans is the whistle tone. Many of our singers can effortlessly pull off such style being from a country known to be a home for many great singers.
