Kobe Paras’ name no longer appears in the Instagram search bar when one conducts a search of his name on the said platform.

This raised speculations that the professional basketball player might have deactivated his account.

In a couple of posts by FashionPulis, one can see what appears to be a screengrab with the message “User not found” when searching for the basketball player’s Instagram handle.

In other screengrabs posted by the same media outlet, it showed some netizens asking why Kobe’s IG page is no longer searchable.

“Bakit wala IG ni kokoparas?” a netizen asked.

“Nakadeactivate ata ig account ni kobe. Sana okey lang sila,” another netizen said.

“Bakit hindi ko na masearch si kobe,” yet another netizen wondered.

“Totoo? Hindi ko sya masearch,” another netizen chimed in.

Another netizen asked a certain Kyline why the IG page of Kobe is gone.

“Idol Kyline bakit wala na po Instagram si Idol Kobe?” a netizen asked Kyline, perhaps referring to actress Kyline Alcantara.

It can be recalled that the two were rumored to be in a relationship after some eagle-eyed netizens noticed that they have posted similar pics on their respected Instagram accounts.

A video also surfaced during that time showing the two holding hands as they casually stroll in a place at the BGC.

While Kyline, in June, admitted to have had a dinner date with Kobe, she remained tight-lipped as to the current status of their relationship.

Meanwhile, in one of the screengrabs shared by FashionPulis, a netizen shared his own explanation as to why Kobe might have deactivated his IG account.

“Deactivated ata ig ni kobe. hindi natin alam kung bakit. pero pls, tigilan niyo na kasi kakamention sa kaniya sa mga ig posts ni kyline. Pinepressure nyo nang mag-like, comment, story, or what eh. While its true that their chemistry is something and it's making u all happy, let's stop making it look like they are responsible to keep that ‘kilig’ para sa inyo. Kaya nga lowkey kasi hindi yan loveteam na gagawa ng teleserye or series. Let them enjoy what they have genuinely,” the netizen said in the screengrab.

Kobe Paras is a Filipino basketball player. He is the son of former basketball player Benjie Paras and actress Jackie Forster.

Several weeks ago in a TikTok post shared by user @poppie016.16, one can see Kyline with Kobe and his family. In the video, one can see the rumored couple with Benjie Paras, the dad of Kobe, as well as his brother Andre Paras with the latter's girlfriend, Honey Escarez. In the video, one can see Kyline and Kobe holding hands as they go out of an establishment. While rumors of their romantic link continue to become stronger, Kyline maintains she and Kobe were just friends.

It can also be recalled that in a previous interview, Kobe has clarified the status of his relationship with Kyline. The Filipino basketball player emphasized they are just great friends. In an interview, Kobe mentioned he hasn't asked Kyline to be his girlfriend. Netizens noticed their closeness after their photos together circulated online.
