On Monday, August 12, Andi took to Instagram to post a mirror selfie of herself before writing a lengthy message about her goals lately.

In her post, Andi revealed how setting a goal became a standard for herself, especially after she made an effort to overcome her depression.

According to Andi, setting a goal for anything in life helped her get up in the morning to do something, inspiring her fans and followers.

"I often talk about 'goals' when I get into a hobby. I know it isn't necessary but setting a goal became a standard for me, when I chose to make the effort to overcome my depression in the past. Setting a goal for anything I did, helped me get up and do something. (My primary source of 'happiness' became physical activities/sports. But it can vary. I feel it can be anything that you can put your mind into doing that makes you feel good about yourself somehow). Anyway, it's nice to notice that nowadays, I just do all these things 'out of the blue' and regardless, I'm still happy. It used to take a lot for me to do something as simple as get out of bed... or wake up. If anybody can relate to this... it's all up to us, guys! Baby steps," she wrote.
