Sofia Andres, in a recent post on her Instagram Stories, unleashed a meaningful “life lesson.”

The actress and model did not give any indication whether she was just reposting it from somewhere or if she herself wrote it.

According to the actress, her life started to get better when she also “stopped pouring into cups that don’t pour” into hers.

“My life started getting better when I stopped pouring into cups that don't pour into mine. Family, friends, colleagues & acquaintances included,” Sofia said in her post.

Though she did not elaborate on it, her statement appear to indicate that her life became better when she started to stop doing things for others who don’t bother to reciprocate.

Sofia went on further to say that while it is harsh for her to stop doing those, she gave an indication that one has to first look at how he or she wishes to be treated.

“I know it sounds harsh but you deserve to be treated as good as you treat others. You deserve people who show up for you,” Sofia said.

The actress did not say, nor give a hint, as to whether she was trying to deliver a message to anyone in particular, or was simply posting it so everyone would know.

Sofia Andres is an actress and endorser in the Philippines. She is truly best known for her role in the hit Kapamilya series, “Bagani.” The actress made headlines when she announced that she already has a child named Zoe with her non-showbiz partner, Daniel Miranda, a racing champion who actually comes from an affluent family.

Almost two weeks ago, Sofia dedicated a heartfelt online post to Sarah Lahbati. On Instagram Stories, Sofia posted a lovely snap showing her and Sarah posing for a selfie. In the on-screen caption, Sofia expressed her earnest appreciation to Sarah. She thanked her fellow celebrity mom for being around "through thick and thin."

She also previously took to Instagram and shared a lovely greeting for her friend Sue Ramirez. The actress celebrated her birthday and Sofia had nothing but good and "makulit" words for her. Her greeting simply showed the deep friendship that they share. She also called Sue as her mukbang BFF and even recalled the time that they had so much fun eating their hearts out.
