Kim Atienza, or Kuya Kim, just entertained his fans and followers online after posting a workout video he had taken with Herlene Budol.

On Tuesday, August 6, Kuya Kim took to his official Facebook page to upload a reel showcasing his tough abs workout with the Kapuso star.

In the viral video, Kuya Kim could be seen doing the abs workout with ease, twisting from one side to another repeatedly, earning praise.

Meanwhile, Herlene on the other hand, could be seen slightly struggling as she carried weights with both of her hands while working out.

Kuya Kim then wrote some funny phrases to his post like, "May nabudol today" and "Welcome to the pain club, Budol" earning laughs from netizens.

Kuya Kim Atienza is the son of Lito Atienza, a well-known politician. He is famous for his broad knowledge and love for animals. He worked as a politician from 1995 till 2004. He became the weather anchor of ABS-CBN newscast, "TV Patrol", and also hosted the educational show "Matanglawin" on the same network. Kuya Kim was also a host for the popular noontime variety show, "It's Showtime." In 2021, Kuya Kim officially became a Kapuso.

As previously reported by KAMI, Kuya Kim Atienza recently shared an Instagram reel. In the video, he is seen with 'It's Showtime' hosts, Jugs Jugueta and Teddy Corpuz. Then, Kuya Kim expressed his happiness about their reunion. "I worked with Jugs and Teddy for 7 years. I was so happy to see them in GMA today," he wrote in his post.

Meanwhile, Kuya Kim reacted to Faith Da Silva’s reunion with her father, Dennis Da Silva. Faith recently went to the Muntinlupa City Jail and paid a visit to Dennis, a person deprived of liberty. In an Instagram post, Kuya Kim expressed how proud he is of his “TiktoClock” co-host. The veteran TV host also shared a Bible verse about honoring parents.
