When she got her thyroid condition under control, she was able to lose weight much easier.

All in all, Ara was able to lose 39 pounds.

"Hi everyone! For those wondering why I lost so much weight, meet the doctor behind my weight loss journey, @roland_angeles_md.

He began treating my hypothyroidism in 2019 when it was first diagnosed, alongside my high cholesterol. Losing weight became easier once my thyroid condition was under control, thanks to a balanced diet and his guidance. I continued to maintain my weight by eating healthily and exercising regularly, and I visited him for check-ups.

This past May, I started a new program with him to shed a few more pounds for my concert and successfully lost another 15 lbs, bringing my total weight loss to 39 lbs. Now, at my height, I am within my normal weight range. My focus is on maintaining this weight through a healthy lifestyle.
