Ruffa Gutierrez, a Filipina actress, has revealed that her sister-in-law, Alexa Uichico, has passed away after battling leukemia.

In an Instagram post that was made on Sunday, July 28, Ruffa penned a heartbreaking note about Alexa's unfortunate passing.

According to Ruffa, she is still trying to process and accept that her sister-in-law is no longer with them, saying, it is very hard.

"I am still trying to process and accept that you are no longer with us. It’s so hard… Words cannot express how heartbroken and shocked I am. I love you so much my beautiful, irreplaceable Alexa. You will forever be in my thoughts and in my heart. Until we cross paths again… I’ll write more when able," she wrote.
