Ryan Bang, in one of his recent interviews with Sandra Jung, talked about the projects he did in Korea and why he rejected some of the offers.
In the viral video that was posted by Sandra, Ryan revealed he's received a lot of offers, "Yung huling drama dito, dapat kasama ako dun eh."
When asked why he rejected it, Ryan explained it was due to how the Philippines was going to be portrayed that he decided to reject the offer.
"For me, hindi maganda kasi image. Gusto ko pag [ang ipapalabas] sa Korea tungkol sa Pilipinas, maganda image. Mag-yes ako. Pero… magshu-shoot sila dito pero… hindi maganda story ng Pilipinas, hindi ako nag ye-yes. Kahit maganda ang opportunity," he explained.

The actor-comedian then gave an example and said if the offer was to tour them in a beautiful place in the Philippines, he'd accept the offer.
Halimbawa, 'Ryan, can you tour us Boracay?' 'Yes.' Pero… yung mga opportunity na hindi maganda image ng Pilipinas, nag-no-no ako. Marami pa namang opportunity eh. So pag ganun, pag basta maganda, para mabawi ko naman yung pagmamahal sakin ng madlang people, mag-ye-yes ako," he said.
In the comment section, many netizens lauded Ryan for choosing to showcase Philippines as a beautiful country, and commended him.
