In her now-viral online post, Kim wondered why the nomination was making her cry as she thanked a lot of people over her nomination.
"Thank you @dreamscapeph fam. Thank you to my entire #Linlang family. And lastly, forever thank you, Sir Deo. Thank you! Being nominated alongside with other stars from different countries makes me a winner already. Hala! Bakit nakakaiyak 'to!" she said.
Kim Chiu is a Filipina-Chinese actress and television host. She broke through in showbiz after becoming a winner in Pinoy Big Brother. She was born on April 19, 1990, in Cebu City to Chinese businessman William Chiu and Louella Yap. Kim is also known as the “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV.”
As previously reported by KAMI, Kim Chiu was the first guest in the pilot episode of Melai Cantiveros' "Kuan on One." On the show, Kim was asked how she deals with heartbreaks. The actress then recalled someone saying that she shouldn't show her personal problems to the public eye. She then gave some beautiful pieces of advice about dealing and handling heartbreaks.
Meanwhile, Kim Chiu, in the latest episode of "It's Showtime," was once again placed on a hot seat. This was after Vice Ganda asked her about her last suitor. In the video, Vice could be heard asking who the last suitor was and what Kim answered. Eventually, Kim dodged the question, and said, "Wag na!"
