Arnold Clavio is one of those who are grieving the passing of veteran sports journalist Chino Trinidad.
Chino died at the age of 56 due to a heart attack on Saturday night, his daughter Floresse confirmed to GMA News Online.
Following the heartbreaking news, Igan took to Instagram and paid a heartfelt tribute to his fellow broadcaster.
Arnold shared a reel where he displayed a screenshot of his conversation with Chino last June 15.

Chino: “Ayos ka na Noy… Tama ka--Listen to our bodies!”

In the caption, Arnold revealed, “Kinumusta mo pa ako noong June 15 , ilang araw matapos ako ay nagkaroon ng hemorrhagic stroke.”
The news anchor likewise penned an earnest farewell message to the late journalist.
“Rest in peace bro. Enjoy your journey. Paki-kumusta mo na rin kami kay ama, Mike Enriquez. Paalam,” Arnold wrote.

Arnold Clavio is a Kapuso broadcaster. He is also popularly known as "Igan." He has risen to prominence in the broadcasting field and is now one of the most sought-after broadcasters in the country.
Arnold Clavio shared health updates after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke. The broadcaster posted a video of himself walking with a cane and undergoing tests. Clavio thanked his neurologist for his progress but mentioned he still needs rehabilitation due to complications from diabetes, as well as undergo a CT scan. He also expressed gratitude for the prayers and support he has received.
Earlier, Arnold Clavio took to social media and penned a heartfelt birthday message for Mike Enriquez. The late veteran broadcaster would have been 72 years old last September 29. In his message, Arnold expressed that he misses the late Kapuso news anchor. Along with the message, Igan shared a reel displaying a slideshow of his lovely photos with Mike.
