The actress sought for understanding from fans saying that she and Rico are still in their grieving stage.
She also said that Rico's too precious to be hated, and that if fans are throwing punches, those should be thrown at her and that she's ready to take them.
“Please don’t direct your hate towards Rico. He’s too precious for that. If you guys wanna throw some punches, I’m ready to take them.”

She became prominent in 2014 after joining "Pinoy Big Brother: All In" where she placed second. She is now in a relationship with Rico Blanco, the singer, and they have also been sharing photos and videos of their sweet moments on social media.
