While Valerie did not list what treatments she got from the clinic, the actress-turned-celebrity mom was spotted having a grand time anyway.

However, what also caught the attention of netizens was Valerie's gentle reminder to her fellow mommies about normalizing self-care in motherhood.

"Mommas, we deserve to feel our best. Remember, taking care of yourself is part of taking care of your kids. A little ‘me time’ goes a long way in nurturing our well-being. Let’s normalize self-care as a vital part of motherhood," she wrote.
