On Wednesday, July 3, Valerie uploaded a video to the photo-sharing app of herself getting some much-needed treatments at Clinica De Beleza.
While Valerie did not list what treatments she got from the clinic, the actress-turned-celebrity mom was spotted having a grand time anyway.
However, what also caught the attention of netizens was Valerie's gentle reminder to her fellow mommies about normalizing self-care in motherhood.
