Philmar Alipayo, also known as Chepoxz, is a Pinoy surfer, celebrity personality, and more popularly known as the fiancé of actress Andi Eigenmann. Philmar was born in 1992 and established himself as an expert surfer in Siargao. He met the actress on the island and eventually, they became romantic partners. They are currently living on the paradise island of Siargao with their kids. The two children are very sweet and really very kind.

Recently, Andi dedicated a sweet post to Philmar, also known as Chepoxz. On her Instagram page, the celebrity mom greeted the surfing champ with a happy Father's Day.
