Melai Cantiveros is a prominent showbiz personality in the Philippines. She became famous in 2009 after winning "Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up." She also won the first season of the Filipino version of "Your Face Sounds Familiar" in 2015. She is happily married to Jason Francisco and they have two wonderful children.

The TV host and comedienne said the milestone is related to the growth of her permanent teeth. She also said that her husband, Jason, had to remove Stela’s milk tooth to make way for the permanent tooth. In her post, Melai shared a photo of a smiling Stela with one missing front tooth.
