Danica Sotto, in a recent post on her Instagram account, expressed happiness in knowing that her family made all effort to make everything work while she’s recuperating from her operation.

It can be recalled that the celebrity mom recently underwent a procedure called cholecystectomy, or a process that involved removing her gallbladder.

She also indicated that she needed to recover, hence, needed her family to take over her tasks in the meantime.

In her post, Danica said she’s very happy in seeing her family make the extra effort, particularly in caring for Baby Luc, whom the celebrity mom can’t carry yet.

“Grateful for my family and friends for all the prayers and to our angels here at home. Extra effort sila since I cannot carry our baby Luc yet,” Danica said.

She also happily revealed they made it to Mic’s game, though admitted she still felt some soreness in the operated area.

“If you have experienced gallbladder pain you know what I’m talking about. Sakit talaga siya diba?!!. We also made it to Mic’s game last Sat. Super happy we made it kahit medyo sore pa,” the celebrity mom said.

She then reminded everyone that “life is full of surprises” but one can choose to be happy amid challenges in life.

“Life is full of surprises but we can choose to be joyful in the midst of life’s challenges ❤️,” Danica said.

Danica Sotto-Pingris is the daughter of popular actor-comedian and TV host Vic Sotto and veteran actress Dina Bonnevie. She was born on May 9, 1983, in Manila. Danica tied the knot with former basketball player Marc Pingris in 2007. Danica and Marc already have three children: Jean Michel, Anielle Micaela, and Jean-Luc.

In a previous post, Danica gave fans yet another health and life update. Previously, Danica bid goodbye to her gallbladder which stunned her fans. Following the successful surgery, Danica penned a lengthy post on Instagram. In her post, Danica expressed how grateful she was to family and friends.

In a more recent post, she also gave her fans and followers a much-needed health update. On Instagram, the celebrity mom uploaded an old photo of herself clad in a hospital gown. In the photo, Danica could be seen resting and laying on a hospital bed, post-operation. Following this news, Danica thanked the Lord for a successful operation.
