Queenie Padilla, the sister of Kylie Padilla, announced her separation with her husband via a lengthy online post on social media.

On Tuesday, May 14, Queenie took to her Instagram page, @queeniepadillarevert, to announce the saddening news about her separation.

According to Queenie, after much thought and consideration, she and her husband have decided to part ways due to irreconcilable incompatibility.

"Assalamualaikum, after much thought and consideration, I have decided to separate from my husband, due to irreconcilable incompatibility. This decision wasn't taken overnight, it has been years and months of trying to work things out," she wrote.

Despite their separation, Queenie said she will always have "love, honour, and respect" for the father of her child, and said he is a great father.

"I will always have love, honour, and respect for the father of my child. He's a great father and responsible human being. Although life has taken us on different paths right now, I will forever cherish the 11 years we've had together," she wrote.

Queenie Padilla is the daughter of Robin Padilla and Liezl Sicangco. She is also the sister of Kylie Padilla, a Pinay actress, recording artist, and model. The actress is married to actor Aljur Abrenica, and they have two sons — Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo. In July 2021, the actress confirmed that she and Aljur are no longer together.
