Heart Evangelista, an actress and socialite, has opened up about her miscarriage and their "4th angel" in a tear-inducing post on social media.

On Sunday, May 12, Heart penned an open letter dedicated to her "FrancisKo" saying her baby boy's heart stopped beating a few days ago.

In her post, Heart shared a photo of her open letter to her son and thanked him for "still trying to be with me and for making me feel so much love."

Following this photo, Heart penned a tear-inducing message, saying, "I shall keep my heart intact while you find your way back to us" in her post.

"A few days ago our baby boys heart stopped beating. This will be our 4th angel… and although this could be one of my biggest heartbreaks… thank YOU for still trying to be with me and for making me feel so much love already. Heart Evangelista is a Filipina actress, singer, TV host, endorser, visual media artist, philanthropist, socialite, and the former first lady of Sorsogon province. She was born on February 14, 1985, to a Chinese-Filipino father, restaurant mogul Reynaldo Evangelista Ongpauco, and Bicolana Maria Cecilia del Gallego Payawal.
