In the said prayer that the actress and model shared, it expressed a wish that one should have the strength and courage to throw himself or herself into life.

According to the prayer shared by Sarah, by having the courage to throw himself or herself into life, they would give themselves the opportunity to be seen, loved, hurt, and healed.

“I pray you have the courage to throw yourself into life - to allow yourself to be seen, loved, hurt, and healed,” reads the prayer that Sarah shared.

Near the end of the prayer, it says that only when one has lived fully, then he or she can feel that he or she is truly fully alive.

“To know that you have lived fully and that you are fully alive,” Sarah said.

Sarah Lahbati, or Sarah Alzol Lahbati, is a Filipino-Moroccan actress and performer who gained popularity as one of the finalists in the 5th season of "StarStruck," a Philippine talent search show broadcasted on GMA Network. She was hailed as the StarStruck V's Ultimate Female Survivor. Sarah tied the knot with actor Richard Gutierrez in a lovely civil wedding ceremony on March 14, 2020.

In a recent social media post, Sarah shared a “hugot” quote about a person being turned away from a table. In the quote that the actress shared, it said there will always be people who don’t want an individual to sit beside them at a table. The quote further said that in such situations, one should not worry as there will always be a table with the said individual’s name on it as host. The actress and model did not give any hint, nor indication, as to whether or not she’s trying to convey a message to someone.

She also previously proudly posted a video of Zion Gutierrez showcasing his commendable basketball skills. In the video published on the celebrity mom’s Instagram Stories, Zion was seen doing a successful jump shot in a basketball game. The actress could likewise be heard in the background complimenting her dear son. Previously, Sarah’s mother, Esther Lahbati, also shared a video from Zion and Kai Gutierrez’s recent basketball training.
