Cheska Garcia and her husband, Doug Kramer, recently flew to London for some much-needed quality time together without their kids.

On Tuesday, April 16, Doug took to his official Instagram page to express his honest thoughts on spending quality time with your spouse.

According to Doug, while he and Cheska did miss the kids for the trip, it was great to have been able to spend some time with his wife.

In his now-viral online post, Doug talked about the importance of spending quality time with your spouse, telling people to be sweet as always.

"Super missed the kids for this trip. But it was great to spend quality time together as husband and wife. People tend to forget this quality time you need to spend, especially after having kids. Always reconnect. Always be intentional in wanting to spending time together as a couple. Be sweet, kiss and find more adventures together. That's you and me baby @chekakramer," he wrote.

Cheska Garcia and Doug Kramer tied the knot on Oct. 9, 2008, at the Blue Leaf Events Place in McKinley Hill, Taguig City. Their closest friends and family attended the event. They have three adorable kids – Clair Kendra Kramer, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer, and Gavin Phoenix Kramer.

As previously reported by KAMI, Cheska Garcia recently talked about her eldest daughter, Kendra Kramer. On Instagram, Cheska excitedly shared how Kendra just enrolled in a "Future Doctors Program" for two weeks. In an Instagram post, Cheska went on to share several photos and videos of Kendra studying intently on her own.
