On Instagram Stories, the 35-year-old actress shared a lovely photo showing her mother, Chat Luna, with Thia Marceline, also known as Mochi.

In the adorable snap, Pauleen’s mom could be seen beaming while cradling her lovely grandchild.

Along with the snap, Vic Sotto’s wife also wrote a cute note about her two-month-old baby girl.
