Regine Velasquez-Alcasid’s face, in a video uploaded by her husband Ogie Alcasid, seemed to be on the verge of exhaustion as she does exercises in what Ogie said was a “super light training” for her.

In the video, one can see the ‘Asia’s Songbird’ doing some runs, though her face is visibly grimacing as she performs them.

It wasn’t clear, however, if Regine was grimacing because of the sun’s glare or if she was already exhausted.

On the other hand, Ogie can also be seen in the video calmly running beside Regine.

In his caption, the singer indicated that Regine is on her 10th training, which he said is “super light.”

“Training Day 10!! Super light training lang na walang araw for the misis!!” Ogie wrote as caption.

Despite the grimacing look of Regine, her husband said that she’s very happy with her training and is looking forward to the next session.

“Labis ang galak nya at di na malahintay sa susunod na training! #reginerockstherepeat @reginevalcasid,” Ogie concluded.

He joked that his name was Herminio Jose Lualhati Alcasid, Jr., and that Paulo and Alex were his cousins. Ogie also referred to the characters of Paulo and Alex in the teleserye "Linlang."
