Jake Ejercito’s recent post on the social media platform ‘X’ about an English sentence has gone viral.

As of this writing, the post has gained more than one hundred thousand views with over two thousand reacts.

The question involved using the correct preposition in a sentence.

“Jake is (at, in, on) home today,” the actor’s sentence read with multiple prepositions inside a parenthesis, suggesting one should choose which to use.

His caption to the post he shared on ‘X’ apologizing to everyone for adding more to their problems made it more hilarious.

“Pasensya na dumagdag pa ako sa mga problema niyo,” Jake wrote as caption.

Meanwhile, netizens gamely joined in with some of them suggesting that the actor should just have used the Tagalog language to make the sentence, and its choices, easier.

“Dapat kasi tagalog na lang.. Si Jake ay (naroon, nandoon) sa bahay ngayon,” wrote one netizen in the comments section.

Jake Ejercito is a Filipino actor who has starred in several movies such as Marry Me, Marry You, Mansyon, and Coming Home. He was born on March 27, 1990, to actress Laarni Enriquez and actor-turned-politician former President Joseph “Erap” Ejercito Estrada. He is also known for being the father of Ellie, his daughter with Andi Eigenmann.

Recently, Jake reposted on Instagram Stories a reel showing Ellie. The reel, which was posted by @unoupdates, displays several photos of Ellie taken over the years. It also contains a clip initially shared by Andi Eigenmann, which shows Ellie in her glammed-up look. In his IG story, the celebrity dad also sweetly wrote, “My girl.”

He also shared a cute video clip of his daughter, Ellie Eigenmann. In the clip, it showed Ellie, getting some pampering at a salon. The proud father included a lovely caption, saying that it was Day 2 with his daughter. In a separate video shared by Ellie, one could see her glow-up, which certainly looked really great on her.
