Mark Escueta, the husband of Jolina Magdangal and the drummer of Rivermaya, encountered an accident while biking.

He narrated on social media that he was rear-ended by the motorcycle.

Mark narrated that at the time of the accident, there was someone who immediately helped him, and that at the time, Jolina was still in Batangas.

Alas, the unfortunate has happened.

Sunday, around 11:30am, I was rear ended by a motorcycle about 1km from home.

Small fracture on my right knee, and 1 fractured rib. Injuries from me hitting the ground.

But that's okay. It could have been much worse.

While on the ground, may lumapit agad at nag pakilala na Doctor siya (sorry po Doc at di ko maalala ang pangalan mo kasi medyo panic mode pa). Chineck niya ako at sinabi na mukhang di naman sobrang lala ng injuries ko, based on his initial assessment. Laking bagay para gumaan yung loob ko. Mag pa X-Ray daw ako asap. Thank you Papa Jesus for sending him

Tinulungan akong mapunta sa tabi ng daan, di ko maiapak ang right foot ko. Tumawag ako kay Jolina (na nasa Batangas kasi guest siya sa Vlog ni Juday), then kay Joseph (good friend who works at St. Lukes), at nag book na ako ng Grab papuntang St. Luke's QC.
