Chito Miranda, in a recent Instagram post, admitted he became emotional when he thought of his shortcomings as husband and father.

“Pagpasensyahan nyo na kung medyo emotional ako ngayong gabi✌,” Chito said in his IG post showing Neri with their youngest son.

“Actually 6am na dito sa LA, and hindi ako makatulog,” he added.

The Parokya Ni Edgar frontman then said that he’s been sick for the past couple of days and though he’s feeling a bit better, he opted to sleep in another room so his family wouldn’t contract whatever sickness that he has.

“I've been sick for the last couple of days, and although I'm feeling a bit better, just to be safe, sa kabilang kwarto pa rin ako natutulog para di mahawa si Neri and yung kids,” he revealed in his post.

He admitted that while his family is just in another room, he felt guilty as he’s not with them.

“I miss them terribly kahit nasa kabilang kwarto lang sila...and nagi-guilty ako kasi feeling ko namimiss din nila ako kalaro, and alam ko namimiss din ako ni Neri,” the Parokya Ni Edgar frontman said.

Chito also admitted he appreciates his family more now and felt very lucky they are his family, adding that they’re very kind and loving to him.

“Sobrang naa-appreciate ko lang sila ngayon...kung gaano ako kaswerte sa pamilya ko. Kung gaano sila kabait at kung gaano nila ako kamahal,” Chito revealed.
“How much they want to be with me and how much they want to have the best possible relationship that they could have with me,” he added.

The PNE frontman then made a promise to love his family more.

“Pangako ko na susuklian ko yung pagmamahal na yun,” he said.
“I will always try my best to be the best husband and best dad para sa kanila at maging good example para sa mga anak ko,” the PNE frontman added.

He then resolved to make up for his shortcomings and once again expressed his desire to hug them all at that very moment.

“Babawi ako sa mga panahon na nagkulang ako or naging busy ako masyado or nagsungit ako dahil sa kung anumang dahilan,” the PNE frontman said.
“Hay, jusko...gusto ko na silang yakapin at iparamdam kung gaano ko sila kamahal,” he further said.

Chito also said he wanted his family to feel how much he enjoys spending time with them, noting that he sounded “OA,” but then said that it’s what he really is.

“Gusto ko na iparamdam sa kanila how much I enjoy spending time with them. Ang OA ko no? Ganito talaga ako eh,” Chito said.

Chito Miranda is a famous music artist known as the frontman of the iconic OPM band Parokya Ni Edgar. On December 13, 2014, he married Neri Naig, an actress and entrepreneur in the Philippines. They have an adorable firstborn named Miggy. In October 2021, Neri gave birth to their second child Manuel Alfonso Miranda, whose nickname is Cash.

In another recent post, Chito talked about his wife, Neri Naig. On Instagram, Chito revealed he recently got sick very badly. He then revealed how hard it was for him to move around because of his condition. However, Chito could not help but thank his wife for being so selfless as she took care of him.

He also previously penned a truly heartfelt but humorous dedication for his wife on their anniversary. The Parokya ni Edgar frontman said that Neri is very lucky to have him because he loves her very much. Chito said that he wants Neri to feel safe with him and to feel that she's home whenever he's beside her. He also said that he wants Neri to worry about nothing because he will always take care of her.
