Kathryn Bernardo will be renewing her contract with ABS-CBN and Star Magic.

The premier actress will be inking the deal with her homegrown network on Feb. 2.

The announcement thwarts rumors that Kath will be transferring to another management or that she will no longer be renewing her contract under Star Magic.
