"Rewind" has gotten for itself a title that might be very hard to beat in Philippine movies for a long time.
The Star Cinema movie of Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes have reached the P900 million in gross, which is a first in history.
It is the first ever movie to have breached that mark, surpassing "Hello, Love, Goodbye" and "The Hows of Us," top two highest-grossing Filipino films recorded, having reached the P800 million mark.
As per Star Cinema's post, "Rewind" already reached P902 million.

The movie was also be among the MMFF entries, but it did not get a single award from the body.
At one point, when Marian and Dingdong were doing their promo tours for the movie, Marian cried when she saw the overwhelming support of the crowd.

The DongYan film has reached a gross of P889 million worldwide, as per Star Cinema. This was as of Jan. 26, 2024, and it is still showing in several cinemas. The movie stars real-life couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes.
It was barely two weeks ago ABS-CBN News reported that "Rewind" is starting to make its way towards the 900M mark. At the time, the news media outlet revealed that the earnings of the film has reached P845M worldwide. Rewind is one of the ten entries during the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival.
