The 35-year-old celebrity mom shared a photo of her with her daughters, Tali and Baby Mochi.

As seen in the adorable snap, the actress was cradling her newborn baby, who was sleeping soundly. It can be recalled that Pauleen gave birth to the healthy baby girl just last January 23.

Along with the lovely picture, Vic Sotto’s wife also penned a greeting addressed to everyone.
