In the quote card, which was originally posted by Linya Linya, it talked about feeling unwell and having the need to spend money.

"Ang sama ng pakiramdam ko. Feel ko kailangan kong gumastos," the quote card read, in the original post done by Linya Linya.

In her Instagram story, Sarah simply reposted the quote card and provided no other caption to her post.
