Sunshine Cruz, a Filipina actress, shared her thoughts and realizations about the year 2023 in a lengthy online post on social media.

On Sunday, December 31, Sunshine took to her Instagram page, @sunshinecruz718, to upload a series of photos she took with her children.

She then expressed how thankful she was for everything that happened in 2023, saying it was a "year of growth and realization" for her.

"I am thankful and grateful for everything that happened in 2023. It was a year of growth and realization for me and my family. I learned to appreciate the people who genuinely care about my happiness, and also identified those who only seemed to be around when I had something to offer. As we enter 2024, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead," she wrote.

Aside from this, Shine also thanked her family and friends for being a part of her journey in 2023.

"To my family and friends, thank you for being a part of my journey in 2023. I love and appreciate all of you. Despite the rollercoaster of emotions, I am filled with nothing but gratitude for everything that happened. The love and support I received were invaluable and I am grateful to those who provided it. To those who were there for me, you know who you are. Thank you! I love you guys!" she exclaimed.

Sunshine Cruz is a Filipina singer and actress who was born on July 18, 1977 and is part of the Cruz family clan. In September 2000, she married actor and director Cesar Montano. They have three daughters, namely, Angelina Isabelle, Samantha Angeline, and Angel Franchesca. The couple’s marriage ended in September 2018, 18 years after it was celebrated. She is now on good terms with Cesar.

The said photos showed just how much fun they had in Bali for Chesca's 18th birthday celebration. However, what caught the attention of netizens was Shine bonding with Kath Angeles.

Meanwhile, Sunshine Cruz could not help but be genuinely amused by a message she received from a netizen. On Wednesday, November 1, Sunshine uploaded a screenshot of a chat she recently received. The said chat talked about Sunshine's role as "Christina" in the hit-series, "Unbreak My Heart."
