Iza Calzado, in a recent post on Instagram, expressed gratitude for spending another year of married life with her husband, Ben Wintle.

The actress exchanged vows with Ben at a resort somewhere in the island of Palawan back in December 19, 2018.

In her recent post, Iza wrote the words that are enunciated by bride and the groom as they slip each other’s wedding rings on their fingers.

“To have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part,” Iza wrote in her post.

She then said that the words have taken on a new meaning for her with the passing of every wedding anniversary.

“These words have a deeper meaning the longer a marriage lasts,” the actress wrote.

Iza then said that one would never understand the deep meaning of the said words until they put it to a test by getting married, adding that she’s glad she and Ben made it through.

“One never truly understands until one is put to the test. Glad we made it through. Grateful to be on this crazy beautiful ride with you ,” Iza said.

Iza Calzado is a Filipino actress, producer, model, and television host. She is popularly known for films such as The Echo (2008), Ang Panday 2 (2011), and Bliss (2017), among many others. Over the years, she has proven to be a dominant force in the entertainment scene. She started her career in GMA-7 but signed a contract with ABS-CBN in 2012. She is married to Ben Wintle, and they have a cute and lovely daughter Deia Amihan.

Last month, Iza took to Instagram and shared photos of her family. She revealed that they were at the place where Ben proposed to her several years ago. This time around, they were at the same place, but with their little Baby Deia. She also said that they were truly grateful for the love of their Tita Sonya, who owns the beautiful place.
