Last month, Julie Anne's boyfriend, Rayver Cruz, openly declared that he would marry his girlfriend. He has not stated a specific date, but he said that the Lord knows and that Julie Anne knows how much he loves her. In GMA's report, Rayver also said that it may be hard to declare things but it is already near. In another report, Dianne Medina, the sister-in-law of Rayver, said that she believes he and Julie Anne will end up together.
