In a heartfelt Instagram post, actress Lovely Abella revealed that she is celebrating her 38th birthday today, December 11, while grappling with COVID-19, alongside her husband Benj Manalo and her daughter Crisha.

Expressing gratitude for another year of life, Lovely shared a hopeful message, saying, “Praise God for another year. Wish ko lang, Lord, gumaling na po ang buong pamilya ko sa COVID na ito, higit sa lahat si Liam praying na hindi mahawa ng tuluyan.”

Despite the challenging circumstances, Lovely found solace in the fact that her baby boy Liam, who is running a fever due to a recent vaccine, is showing resilience. She expressed happiness, stating, “Yung fever niya dahil sa vaccine niya, happy ako na malakas ang antibodies ko kaya nalalabanan ni Liam ang virus.”

In her message, Lovely also extended her gratitude to the higher powers, saying, “And thank you pa din Lord kasi hindi kami sa Hong Kong nagkasakit,” implying that they avoided contracting the virus during their time in Hong Kong.
