On Thursday, November 30, the Kapamilya actress took to her Instagram page, @bernardokath, to upload an old picture she took with Daniel.

Included in the same post was a series of message, confirming their break-up to the public, amid rumors of separations for the past weeks.

However, what tugged at the heartstrings of their fans was Kathryn's final message to her ex-boyfriend, thanking him for the wonderful years he has given her.

In her online post, Kathryn thanked Daniel with all her heart, saying she will cherish the time they had spent together.

"Deej, you gave me 11 beautiful years and the kind of love that I will forever cherish. I will always be grateful for you," she wrote.
