Famous actress Kim Chiu emphasized the importance of privacy when asked about her romantic relationship with Xian Lim at the 25th anniversary fashion show of Filipino fashion designer Francis Libiran at the City of Dreams Manila last Friday, November 24.

According to Kim, whatever her relationship status with Xian is, they prefer to keep it to themselves at the moment. Her comment came amidst the spread of rumors online that Kim and Xian have already broken up.

“Grabe ... sa amin na lang 'yun, we’ll just keep it to ourselves na muna,” Kim said, as reported by ABS-CBN News.

In an interview earlier this month, Kim Chiu gave an update about her relationship with hunk actor Xian Lim during the thanksgiving presscon for her teleserye “Linlang,” in an article by PhilStar Life. Kim laughed as she replied that netizens and reporters might have been fooled by fake news. She added that things were okay between her and Xian. Furthermore, Kim said that even though the world of showbiz can be confusing and misleading, she remains stable and happy.

Kim Chiu is a Filipina-Chinese actress and television host. She broke through in showbiz after becoming a winner in Pinoy Big Brother. She was born on April 19, 1990, in Cebu City to Chinese businessman William Chiu and Louella Yap. Kim is also known as the “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV.” She is in a relationship with actor Xian Lim.

In a separate Twitter post, she shared a photo of herself, Janice De Belen and Maricel Soriano. She wrote a funny caption, which relates to her role in "Linlang." The actress said that Nay Amelia called for backup and it was Leona Fiero, referring to Janice's character in "Dirty Linen." She then said that if the two would be taking turns slapping Juliana, perhaps the latter would turn deaf.

She also posted a lovely photo of her with Maricel Soriano on Instagram Stories. The photo shows the two actresses beaming while posing for a selfie. In the caption, Kim said the snap was taken after Maricel slapped her several times for a scene. Kimmy and the Diamond Star are among the cast of the much-talked-about “Linlang” series.
