Cassy Legaspi, binasag ang katahimikan ukol sa pag-unfollow kay Kyline Alcantara: "It's in the past"

Cassy Legaspi, during the a recent press conference for the movie “When I Met You In Tokyo,” finally broke her silence on the issue regarding her and Kyline Alcandara unfollowing each other on Instagram.

It can be recalled that in mid-August, a lot of netizens noticed that the two have unfollowed each other on the video and photo sharing platform.

A lot of speculations arose because of that, with rumors floating that it might have something to do with Mavy, Cassy’s twin, and Darren Espanto.

During the said press conference, Cassy was asked if she and Kyline have any misunderstandings and whether or not it’s true that it has something to do with Darren.

“Once and for all lang, para lang ma-clarify, kasi Cassy may lumabas noong mayroon kayong misunderstanding ni Kyline, yung pag-unfollow niyo sa Instagram, si Darren ba yung reason?” a member of the press asked.

At this point, Cassy did not say a word and just shook her head and looked at Darren beside her.

Taking the cue, Darren said there are some things that need not be talked about in public, like those things that happened in the past.

“Alam niyo po, may mga bagay na hindi na kailangan pang pag-usapan. I mean, whatever happened in the past…” Darren started saying, with Cassy agreeing that it is indeed in the past.

“It’s in the past,” Cassy said.

“Yeah, and if you like everyone to move forward from, you know, from what happened in the past, Darren said, with Cassy again interjecting “Lahat naman tayo, chill.”

When asked to describe her relationship now with Kyline, Cassy gave a short answer.

“I think, civil po,” Cassy said.

Cassy Legaspi is the daughter of Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel. She has a twin, Mavie and both are doing shows for GMA. Cassy is already 20 years old. She endorses products and is currently one of the casts of "First Yaya."

Last August, she also earned the praise of many netizens after she posted a heartfelt message for her mom, Carmina Villarroel. The celebrity mom is celebrating her 48th birthday today, August 17. On Instagram, Cassy shared a lovely photo of her with Carmina and expressed in the caption her sweet greeting. In her message, Cassy expressed how thankful she is to her mom and reiterated how much she loves her.
