In a video originally posted by the official page of ABS-CBN on Instagram, they uploaded a clip of the two hosts talking to a contestant on It's Showtime.

The contestant, 'Mini Miss U' Julia, expressed her desire to see her grandparents, which touched the hearts of Anne and Vhong in the viral video.

Eventually, Vhong asked Julia if she truly wanted to see her grandparents, "Gusto mo ba talaga silang makita?" to which Julia replied, "Opo."

Upon hearing this, Vhong offered to answer the ticket of Julia's grandparents, "Sige, sasagutin ko na yun pamasahe ni lolo't lola mo, para magkita kayo."
Likewise, Anne was praised for joining in as she offered to pay for the family's "pampasyal" in the city, "Sige, bibigyan ko naman kayo ng pampasyal ninyo sa lolo at lola niyo."
